Effective Date: 5.9.2025Developer: MLC ElectronicApp Name: LC200 Access Terminal1. Information We ProcessLC200 Access Terminal processes four categories of information:

  • Account Data:When you sign up or log in, information such as your email, password (stored as a hash), or third-party login credentials is processed. Authentication tokens are used to keep you signed in.
  • Session Data:The app may create temporary session records (such as channels, connected users) so devices or users can connect.  
  • Technical Data:Limited logs (such as IP address, request details, and error codes) may be collected for security and reliability.
  • Local Device Data:Apart from account and session handling, the app does not collect or send personal data. All main features run locally on your device.

2. Permissions and Their PurposeThe app may request the following Android permissions only to support essential features:

  • INTERNET – Enables TCP socket communication for device-to-device interactions.
  • ACCESS_WIFI_STATE – Checks Wi-Fi status to determine if network operations can proceed.
  • CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE / CHANGE_WIFI_STATE – Allows the app to monitor or adjust network settings if required.
  • WAKE_LOCK – Keeps Wi-Fi performance stable during communication.
  • ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION / ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION – Required by Android for Wi-Fi scanning (since SSID and signal strength data can imply location).

Note: The app does not access or use your physical location. Scanning is only for connectivity and runs on-device. No location data is stored or transmitted.3. Data Sharing

  • Account and session data are stored in a secure cloud backend operated by a trusted third-party provider.
  • This provider also generates limited technical logs needed for reliability and security.
  • MLC Electronic does not share personal or device data with any other third parties.

4. Security

  • Account and session data are stored using industry-standard security measures.
  • Local operations are protected by Android’s built-in security.

5. Children’s PrivacyThis app is not intended for children under 13.No personal data is knowingly collected from children.The app is designed for users aged 13 and older.If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will disable it and delete.6. User Rights and Data Deletion

  • Account Data/Session Data:You can request deletion of your account by contacting apps@mlc.hr. 
  • Local Data:Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data (such as settings or cached content).
